Wrangling River Supply Ltd is a private company located in Inuvik that was established in 1991. In 2010, a massive fire caught the building and burned it to the ground. No one was injured, but losses were estimated to be millions of dollars.

The Rat River Development Corporation (RRDC) has determined the need for a new 10,000 square foot building in the Teet’lit Zheh downtown core across from the Chief Julius  School, at the southwest corner of Chief Julius Avenue and William George Vittrekwa Street, in the Hamlet of Fort McPherson, NT.

Our company has been retained by the RRDC to oversee the selection and contracting of the design / build company. Our team as Project Managers will ensure that the RRDC and GNWT requirements are met, including maximizing local resident employment and training during construction and to attain knowledge transfer with the opportunity to learn more about design and construction. Accordingly, the Proponent Contractor is expected to hire and train a number of local residents.

CQL has created 3 options for the orientation of the new building on the lot. This will help guide the geotechnical study of the lot.
