Roger is a licensed professional engineer for Northwest Territories and Nunavut, Canadian territories. He has been in the NWT since April 2010, having worked with the Government of the Northwest Territories, Public Works and Services Division.
In 2011, he was approved by the Municipal and Community Affairs (MACA) to offer project management services to communities / hamlets in the NWT. His work in the NWT involved completing projects in communities / hamlets, including Sachs Harbour, Ulukhaktok (Holman), Paulatuk, Tsiigehtchic, Fort McPherson, Tuktoyaktuk, Aklavik, Deline, Fort Good Hope, Tulita, and the towns of Norman Wells, and Inuvik.
The range of projects in the NWT is extensive including: new construction, renovations, energy efficiency, amongst others. Prior to his work in the NWT, Roger completed projects in Canada, United States, Bermuda, Haiti, Jamaica, and conductied technical research/studies in India, Switzerland, South Korea, and South Africa. He holds a Master and Bachelors of Science degrees in Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BESc.) from the University of Western Ontario (UWO).
