CQL has created a comprehensive management technique to allow for the control of all aspects of a project throughout each phase, to achieve the prescribed objectives defined by our client’s goals.
Through the application of appropriate management techniques, our Engineers plan, direct, co-ordinate and execute the efforts of our multi-disciplinary team to achieve all objectives set by our client’s requirements. Our project management services include:
- Define project requirements, including scope, quality, budget, planning and scheduling
- Quality control, cost control and accounting
- Identify operational needs and constraints into the technical language required for the project
- Assistance in securing project financing, or other appropriate financial resources
- Assistance with legal and insurance considerations, securing permits and negotiations with consultants
- Coordinate the procurement, expediting of all required materials, equipment and services, required for each project
- Procuring construction/implementation, including pre-qualification, tendering, contract negotiation, contract administration, and expediting, as appropriate;
- Manage all aspects of the project’s implementation for conformity with approved design, including detailed scheduling and co-ordination, inspection, construction changes, approvals, completion certificates, management of any deficiencies and warranty work, operating manuals and record documentation
- Assist client in start-up and operating procedures required
