Canadian Quest Logistics (CQL) Inc. of Inuvik, NWT was retained by the Hamlet of Fort McPherson to provide project management services (including, possible engineering designs, where required) towards the completion of 5 projects in their Capital Development plan 2012-2014. A decision was made to focus on the analysis of the new 4-Bay garage, and have this completed for review by the Hamlet’s, Director of Public Works, Hamlet office. A report was later presented to the Hamlet’s Council for review on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at their monthly meeting.

Our services in the 4 named projects are for complete project management from the initial project process development, tendering, contractor selection and contracting, project execution, project monitoring and project closure and warranty. As the projects vary in scope, size and complexity, we are recommending you consider our fees as a percentage of the total project cost of all 4 projects. Our proposed fee is 8% of the project cost.
